Elegante y compleja, ensamblaje de añadas y variedades distintas (50% Barbera, 25% Nebbiolo, 25% Cabernet), y envejecida en los últimos 10 años en barricas de roble francés.
La grappa Berta Elisi se elabora desde 1947 en la destilería Berta en el Piamonte, una de las regiones vinícolas más conocidas de Italia. Utilizando las variedades garbera d'asti, Cabernet y nebbiolo, es destilada en alambiques de cobre por vapor y añejada en barricas de roble con diferentes tostados. El resultado es una elegante y suave grapa de color ámbar, de aroma complejo y amplio, con notas de cacao y cerezas, y sabor afrutado. Recomendamos su consumo entre 14 y 16ºC. Envejecido durante 10 años en barricas de roble francés Allier.
