La colección de Fino Palmas de González Byass está formada por cuatro vinos con un marcado carácter a Tío Pepe seleccionados bota a bota. Su Dos Palmas es un fino que ha permanecido durante 8 años en contacto con la flor y proviene de dos de las 150 botas que constituyen la solera. Su nariz es intensa, muy incisiva y penetrante. En boca es potente, untuoso y ligeramente salino. Un fino con carácter y profundidad, perfecto acompañando todo tipo de quesos de pasta blanda.
