Con un color oro pálido, muy brillante, cristalino; este magnífico Jerez posee una vejez aproximada de 10 años en el sistema clásico de soleras y criaderas. Su delicada fragancia de flores que a la vez resulta punzante en la nariz nos alerta sobre el clásico aroma de un Jerez viejo y fino. En boca es seco y punzante, muy largo en paladar y completo, equilibrado en sus sensaciones. Proviene de uvas palomino 100%. Su gradación alcohólica es de 15º y debe servirse muy frío.
