Lustau selecciona desde hace décadas unos vinos excepcionales de artesanos independientes para embotellarlos tal cual de sus soleras originales. Lustau Almacenista Amontillado del Castillo es una selección de una solera de 38 botas con una vejez media de 19 años de Antonio Caballero y sobrinos. En El Puerto de Santa María, Don Antonio Caballero dirigía el negocio familiar, dedicado especialmente a la elaboración de brandy desde 1870. Enamorado de los vinos de Jerez, a finales del siglo XIX estableció unas pequeñas soleras para su consumo privado. Ya en la década de los 60, Luis Caballero Noguera trasladó las soleras más especiales a un enclave único, el Castillo de San Marcos, edificio emblemático en el centro histórico de El Puerto de Santa María. Un excepcional amontillado con aromas de avellanas, madera ahumada y una boca especiada, salina y de largo final. Fantástica copa con mojamas, salazones y frutos secos.
