Villapanés Oloroso Seco es uno de los jereces confidenciales de la bodega Emilio Hidalgo. Fundada durante la segunda mitad del siglo XIX partiendo de viejas soleras de vino y viñas en propiedad, la bodega se encuentra establecida desde sus orígenes en el casco antiguo de la ciudad de Jerez de la Frontera. Hoy, la séptima generación de la familia sigue con la tradición familiar. Un delicioso oloroso radical, a disfrutar a pequeños sorbos acompañando quesos curados de oveja.

The production region of D.O. Jerez-Xérès-Sherry is located in Exclusivamente Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Cádiz, España. Hasta 1964 se comercializó bajo la Denominación de Origen Jerez-Xérès-Sherry, reconociéndose posteriormente el carácter especial de la manzanilla dentro de los demás jereces.
