Proviene de uvas Palomino (aprox 75%) y Pedro Ximénez (aprox 25%). De un color brillante y caoba, posee un aroma intenso que aunque en boca tiene un primer golpe seco, se aprecian sensaciones dulces y suaves en el paladar. Resaltando la vejez de su solera es un vino que cubre la boca y se expande en el paladar. Teniendo una gradación alcohólica de 18º su alcohol no es perceptible. Este vino, se caracteriza por la equilibrada proporción entre los tipos de uva que lo componen.
