Larmandier-Bernier es una bodega en biodinámica enclavada en la Côte de Blancs de Champagne. El vino base de su cuvée Vieille Vigne du Levant se crió en barricas Stockinger de entre 228 y 500 L antes de la toma de espuma. En nariz destaca por unas ligeras notas tostadas acompañadas por mucha fruta blanca madura. En boca, una burbuja cremosa invade el paladar con mucha frescura y un final largo y muy placentero.
