Un cava afrutado (limón, manzana), suave, franco, con una acidez equilibrada. Muy refrescante, con burbuja abundante.
Blanc de Blancs de Raventós i Blanc –una de las históricas familias elaboradoras en Sant Sadurní d'Anoia– es un espumoso de macabeo, xarel·lo y parellada, con una crianza mínima de 18 meses en botella. Las uvas proceden de la Vinya del Llac, una de sus parcelas con cepas de más de 40 años, cultivadas según los preceptos de la biodinámica. Un delicioso Extra Brut estructurado, fresco y complejo, para disfrutar con arroces y todo tipo de pescados. Envejecido durante 15 meses en las cavas.
