La Finca Can Martí pertenece a la familia Torelló desde 1395 y ocupa 135 hectáreas en la fértil comarca del Alt Penedès. A medio camino entre el mar y las montañas de Montserrat, la finca disfruta de un clima típicamente mediterráneo con una temperatura media anual de 16ºC, una pluviometría media de 460 mm / año y precipitaciones de lluvia concentradas en primavera y otoño.

The production region of D.O. El cava también se elabora en otros 159 municipios de España, de las provincias de Barcelona (63 municipios), Tarragona (52 municipios), La Rioja (18 municipios), Lérida (12 municipios), Gerona (5 municipios), Álava (3 municipios), Zaragoza (2 municipios), Navarra (2 municipios), Badajoz (1 municipio) y Valencia (1 municipio), que en su conjunto configuran la zona de producción denominada Región del Cava.
