Un champagne sin añada, coupage de chardonnay de la Côte des Blancs, pinot meunier del valle del Marne y pinot noir de la montaña de Reims, elegante, ligero y de gran finura, testigo del notable "savoir-faire" adquirido por esta gran casa desde que elaboró el primer champán brut de la historia, en 1854.
La Casa Perrier Jouët nace en 1811 en Epernay (Champagne). La calidad de sus champanes permite a Perrier Jouët conocer una considerable expansión y en 1815 realiza una expedición de champanes a Inglaterra, y unos años más tarde a Estados Unidos. El lanzamiento de la Cuvée Belle Epoque en 1969 marca la historia de la Compañía, y constituye unos de los más brillantes éxitos de las cuvées de prestigio del siglo XX. Las bodegas de Perrier Jouët constituyen un modelo en su género: galerías abovedadas, directamente cavadas en la caliza, en tres niveles, totalizando casi 10 kilómetros.
