Nos encontramos con un pedacito de cielo en el mundo del cava, aquí se conjuga la delicadeza de un cava con la complejidad de un champagne, todo un placer para los sentidos. Su particular coupage de pinot noir y chardonnay (con porcentajes similares) y, en especial, la maceración con hollejos del mosto de pinot noir, le confiere un particular y atractivo tono rosado. Envejecido durante 30 meses en botella.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
