Un champagne con nombre y apellidos, Grande Sendrée Cuvée de Prestige Brut Millésimée. Una mezcla de pinot noir y chardonnay en perfecto equilibrio para potenciar el sabor y la alta expresión de este champagne de prestigio. Un francés vinificado exclusivamente en las grandes añadas, de las mejores cepas y de las mejores parcelas, para conseguir su carácter particular y preciadamente fino. Dos curiosidades: "Grande Sendrée" debe su nombre a una parcela que fue cubierta de ceniza (cendre, en francés; del que se mantiene el error ortográfico acaecido en la inscripción catastral) tras un incendio en la población de Urville en 1838. La botella actual es una reproducción de una botella del siglo XIII encontrada en las cavas de Urville.
