Celler Sort del Castell, ubicadas en El Morell, entre Reus y Tarragona, siguen un cuidado proceso de elaboración para obtener toda su gama de Vermouths Yzaguirre Clásico, Vermouths Yzaguirre Reserva, madurados en barrica de roble 1 y 2 años; Vermouth Yzaguirre Rosado Premium y Vermouth Francisco Simó y Cia, este último elaborado siguiendo la otra fórmula. También elaboran una extensa gama de Sangría de alta calidad, Vinos Dulces de Licor, Vinagres Agridulces y Vinos Tintos Cosecha propia, D.O Costers del Segre.
