Cuvée Pazo Pondal es exclusivamente albariño procedente de las parcelas más antiguas de la bodega, Correlos y Leira Longa. El viñedo está plantado en emparrado sobre suelos franco arenosos y ligeramente ácidos trabajados parcialmente en ecológico. El vino se crió en contacto con sus lías en barricas de roble francés durante 12 meses. Un albariño sutil, vivo, voluminoso y largo. Ideal con grandes peces y marisco.
