O Luar Do Sil es la bodega de Paco Rodero, Conchita Villa y su hija Estefanía (Pago de los Capellanes) en Valdeorras (Galicia). Godello Sobre Lías proviene de dos parcelas con suelos de granito. Fermentó y se crió en depósitos de acero inoxidable con sus lías durante 6 meses, ganando volumen y untuosidad. Un delicioso blanco de nariz perfumada con recuerdos de flores blancas y con una boca equilibrada por una buena frescura. Perfecto como copa de aperitivo o acompañando arroces de marisco, pescados a la brasa, ahumados y con sushi o sashimi.
