Un blanco fermentado en barrica que demuestra el gran potencial de la garnacha blanca. Un blanco aromático, elegante, con notas mentoladas, de hinojo, piña fresca, corteza de limón y un fondo de miel de romero; un blanco cremoso y ligeramente cítrico, con una acidez precisa y unas agradables notas lácticas al final. Fermentado durante 15 días en barricas nuevas de roble francés. Criado sobre lías durante 6 meses antes de ser embotellado.

The production region of D.O. Empordà is located in La región de Ampurdán (Empordà), hasta 2006 denominada Ampurdán-Costa Brava, abarca la zona vinícola desde la Albera hasta la sierra de Rodas y la Garrotxa de Ampurdán, en España. El área de producción está distribuida en dos subzonas: 35 municipios al norte del Alto Ampurdán y 13 municipios al este del Bajo Ampurdán.
