Llàgrimes de Tardor Blanc es un blanco otoñal, casi hivernal. Sus aromas y su tacto se sitúan en las antípodas de los asociados con más frecuencia a los vinos blancos. Se trata de un blanco corpulento y licoroso, pero no exento de elegancia. La fruta confitada, los intensos aromas torrefactos y un cuerpo graso son sus rasgos definitorios, pero las flores y los recuerdos minerales lo adornan. Una garnacha blanca distinta para los amantes de los vinos con carácter. Envejecido entre 6 y 8 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés.
