El rei de la mítica de la uva verdejo, pressenta otro de sus vinos elaborados con esta uva, de viñedo prefiloxero, sin sulfitos y con levaduras autóctonas. Fermenta en tinajas de barro, tras dos meses de fermentación, la pasta se prensa y el vino se baja a barrica, para su crianza durante 10/12 meses. Después de la primera crianza en barrica se deja durante otros 10 meses en depósito, para su afinado final. Es un vino naranja, por el prolongado contacto del mosto con sus pieles y raspones y nos da un vino con una nariz que recuerda a los frutos de hueso y jengibre. Sabroso, tánico y vivaz. Vino blanco con alma de tinto, es de los más radicales en concepto de este joven enólogo. Fermentado en tinajas de barro. Envejecido durante 10-12 meses en barricas de roble y durante 10 meses más en depósito.
