Las distintas variedades crecen mezcladas en el mismo lugar, lo que aporta al vino una complejidad natural, que se pretende respetar con una crianza en barricas usadas, para marcar el vino lo menos posible. Es un blanco que demuestra como poco las personalidad de la Ribeira Sacra. Para la crianza sólo se emplean barricas usadas, con muy poco aporte tánico. La madera nueva dominaría la estructura y aromas del vino.
