Un vino que ofrece la esencia del terruño y que demuestra el amor por lo antiguo y por lo auténtico de esta pareja prioratina. Un vino elaborado con variedades antiguas, con cariñena blanca, amable y fresco, alejado de lo habitual, cambiante con el tiempo, graso, con un fondo salino... Un vino rústico, profundo, que estimula los sentidos. Recomendamos decantar y servir no muy fresco.
Nin Ortiz es uno de los proyectos más apasionantes del Priorat. En Porrera, Ester Nin y Carles Ortiz elaboran todos sus vinos a partir de viñedos cultivados siguiendo los preceptos de la biodinámica. Planetes de Nin Blanc es exclusivamente cariñena blanca, fruto de una mutación genética natural de su cariñena tinta. Un blanco singular, fragante y con un buen equilibrio y potencial de guarda. Producción de tan solo 1.938 botellas. Criado durante 6 meses en ánforas de barro y 3 meses en barricas de roble.
