Blanco profundo y con entidad elaborado con uvas xarel·lo de suelos arenoso-calcáreos. Tras una maceración de los hollejos de 24 horas y un prensado delicado, el vino reposa siete meses en barrica de 300 litros. Criado durante 6 meses en barricas de roble francés.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
