Tanca els Ulls es un vino de Macabeu de viñas casi centenarias de la finca "Coster de les Bruixes" de sólo 1,5ha en el pueblo de Nulles(Alt Camp). Un 30% fermenta en ánforas y el 70% en depósitos de acero inoxidable, para posteriormente realizar una crianza sobre lías de 4 meses. Un vino que refleja el bosque del lado de la viña, con toques de hierbas aromáticas mediterráneas. La crianza entre lías le da una untuosidad en boca que junto con su carácter salino, hace que sea un vino elegante y profundo, que como bien dice su nombre, invita a cerrar los ojos e imaginar.
Tanca els Ulls Macabeu es uno de los singulares vinos de Francesc Boronat en Nulles, en el Alt Camp. Un joven con talento que decidió empezar a elaborar vino a partir de una pequeña viña familiar de 1,5 ha de macabeu de cepas viejas. La mitad del vino se crió en ánforas de barro y la otra en depósitos de acero inoxidable, otorgándole equilibrio y profundidad. Un blanco imprescindible de Tarragona. Envejece 4 meses sobre sus lías después de fermentar un 30% en ánforas.
