Se trata de un ensamblaje de albariños de 30 a 100 años de edad de diferentes zonas y diferentes formas de fermentación, algunas en acero inoxidable y algunas en roble. Es un albariño clásico de Val do Salnes, pura expresión del albariño, fresco, salino y poderoso. Fermentado, con sus propias levaduras, en depósito inox y en tino de roble francés de 2.000 litros. Crianza sobre sus lías con batonnage semanal.
