Fred Niger es, desde 2009, el propietario de Domaine de L'Ecu en el Valle del Loira. Posee 25 hectáreas que cultiva siguiendo los preceptos de la biodinámica y criando la mayoría de sus vinos en ánforas de diferentes tamaños. Love & Grape Gloria forma parte de la selección «Le Temps des Copains», vinos que elabora con amigos viticultores de diferentes regiones. Gloria nace fruto de la amistad entre Niger y Francesco de Filippis y está elaborado con vermentino de un viñedo con orientación suroeste situado en la Toscana. Maceración con pieles y crianza en ánforas de 400 litros durante 9 meses, sin aporte de sulfuroso ni en la crianza ni en el momento del embotellado. En nariz es una explosión de flores, frutas y especias dulces, con una boca vibrante y una frescura cítrica. Sólo 1.320 botellas.
