Te Mata Estate es una de las bodegas más antiguas de Nueva Zelanda, que hoy cuenta con una propiedad de 150 hectáreas. Está situada en la increíble región Hawke's Bay, al noroeste de la Isla Norte, que goza de un clima mediterráneo. Te Mata Cape Crest Sauvignon Blanc es un blanco fermentado en barrica de roble francés criado con sus lías durante 8 meses, con una pincelada de sémillon (6%) y de sauvignon gris (4%) en su ensamblaje.
