El primer vino de la bodega Belondrade, y uno de los mejores blancos de España. Un blanco maduro, elegante, inspirado en los blancos de la Borgoña pero que ha superado todas las expectativas de calidad del verdejo, el varietal autóctono de Castilla. Un vino, además, que ha recibido una paciente crianza en roble de la mejor calidad y que continuará evolucionando positivamente en la botella durante siete u ocho años más. Se recomienda decantar y servir no muy frío, entre 10º y 12º C.
