Un albariño de la subzona de Salnés lleno de carácter; una deliciosa mezcla de aromas cítricos y notas salinas sobre un sutil fondo ahumado y mineral; un vino de estilo borgoñón y de paso ágil por su gran acidez; otra obra de Raúl Pérez para disfrutar los afortunados que puedan hacerse con alguna botella. Fermentado en barricas de 700 litros durante 12 meses. No realiza fermentación maloláctica. Envejecido durante 2 meses a 30 metros bajo el nivel del mar.
