El Zárate Albariño es un vino fresco, equilibrado y elegante. Se elabora con uvas de albariño de cepas de 35 años cultivadas sin herbicidas, buscando cuidar la viña al máximo para que ésta ofrezca sus mejores frutos. La uva, vendimiada a mano, se convierte tras la fermentación en un vino blanco mineral, floral, afrutado y de medida acidez que, dada su extraordinaria calidad, mejorará en botella. Un albariño que combina a la perfección los conocimientos modernos con la más arraigada tradición del Valle del Salnés, acumulada durante siete generaciones por Bodegas Zárate.
Eulogio Pomares se ha convertido, en los últimos años, en uno de los referentes de los vinos de Rías Baixas. Desde su bodega familiar Zarate, en Val do Salnés, ha salvaguardado el rico patrimonio vitícola de la zona, siguiendo un cultivo respetuoso con el medio ambiente. Su vino Zarate Albariño está elaborado a partir de cepas de 35 años cultivadas sobre suelos graníticos. Un blanco fantástico para acompañar pescados, crustáceos y quesos de pasta blanda.
