Un vino de mayor longevidad que los demás de esta bodega, fermentado en barrica en contacto con sus lías y criado en botella, que mostrará una buena evolución en botella, siendo su momento óptimo de consumo a partir del tercer año. Se recomienda decantar. Criado en contacto con sus lías durante 5 meses en barricas de roble francés de tostado suave y, posteriormente, durante 5 meses más en depósito y sin lías.
