El primer blanco de Tomás Cusiné, un complejo ensamblaje de macabeo (28%), viognier (25%), sauvignon blanc (19%), chardonnay (14%), parellada (7%), müller turgau (2%), muscat frontignac (2%), albariño (1,5%) y riesling (1,5%), fermentados por separado y criados sobre lías durante 3 meses, un 10% de los cuales en barricas (el resto, en depósitos).
Auzells es uno de los vinos blancos de Tomas Cusiné en El Vilosell. Está elaborado con multitud de variedades entre las que destacan macabeu, riesling, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay y albariño, con una crianza en contacto con sus lías durante 6 meses. Su frescura y sus aromas florales y cítricos lo hacen ideal para todo tipo de aperitivos y para acompañar arroces de pescado y carnes blancas.
