Elaborado a partir de un coupage en el que predomina la variedad autóctona prensal (87%) junto a la mediterránea viognier (13%). De la primera adopta aromas cítricos y de fruta blanca, de la segunda su complejidad y untuosidad. De color oro blanco, limpio y brillante, en nariz destacan los cítricos (lima), fruta blanca (pera, ciruela blanca), con recuerdos florales y la frescura del hinojo y la hierba. En boca presenta un ataque dulce y cítrico, un paso por boca grácil y vivo, y una elegante amargura propia de la prensal. Ideal para disfrutar a media tarde o acompañando aperitivos.

The production region of I.G.P. Vi de la Terra de Mallorca is located in Las zonas vinícolas de la isla de Mallorca, en el archipiélago de las islas Baleares, España. Comprende todos los municipios de la isla de Mallorca y se organiza en cinco unidades: la Serra de Tramuntana (donde se registran las mayores altitudes, que sirven de protección frente a los vientos del noroeste), el Raiguer, el Pla, la Serra de Llevant (con altitudes más moderadas) y el Migjorn.
