100% moscatel de Alejandría procedente del Pago El Carro, en el Parque Natural de La Mata, un terruño geológico de origen litoral cuyo alto contenido en arena permitió a este viñedo sobrevivir a la invasión de la filoxera. Un vino del que emanan notas salinas y de miel, y aromas de azahar, hinojo, brea, flor blanca y algunos toques de su crianza. En boca presenta una acidez fresca y calcárea, penetrante, incisivo, elegante y mineral. Ideal para acompañar arroces, pescados, mariscos, foie, quesos... Los vinos de Rafa Bernabé han sido elaborados con el mínimo de intervención, vinificados sin apenas tocarlos y de la manera más natural posible, sin adición de sulfuroso y con levaduras del propio viñedo, y no han sido clarificados ni filtrados. Esta elaboración tan natural puede comportar que el vino presente turbidez o sedimentos, en algunas añadas más que en otras, además. Es muy recomendable dejar reposar la botella verticalmente durante varias horas antes de servirlo.
