El Vallegarcía Viognier fue uno de los primeros vinos españoles elaborados 100% con la variedad viognier. Complejo, elegante y estructurado, su carácter conquista a quien lo prueba. A la vista se presenta de color dorado, reflejando la luz con elegancia. Su nariz varietal muestra todo el potencial de la viognier en los Montes de Toledo: melocotones y albaricoques, flores blancas y amarillas, hierba fresca y recuerdos torrefactos. En boca es fresco y untuoso al tiempo, con estructura y un delicado fondo ahumado derivado de un uso medido de la madera. De final largo, con reminiscencias de especias y fruta escarchada. Fermentado sobre sus lías en barrica durante 4 meses.

En el etiquetado de estos vinos figura el nombre del municipio de la región donde se haya embotellado.
