En Vinyes d'Olivardots, su bodega de origen, se trabaja con una meticulosidad y un refinamiento absolutamente fuera de lo común. Se miman los detalles hasta la extenuación y se contemplan todas las variables posibles; sólo así se explica que podamos tomar una copa de un vino blanco tan profundo, nítido y complejo como el Blanc de Gresa. Criado parcialmente, sobre sus lías, durante 8 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés de 500 l, con bâttonages periódicos.

The production region of D.O. Empordà is located in La región de Ampurdán (Empordà), hasta 2006 denominada Ampurdán-Costa Brava, abarca la zona vinícola desde la Albera hasta la sierra de Rodas y la Garrotxa de Ampurdán, en España. El área de producción está distribuida en dos subzonas: 35 municipios al norte del Alto Ampurdán y 13 municipios al este del Bajo Ampurdán.
