Un blanco con crianza elaborado mayoritariamente con la variedad viogner, de la que adquiere complejidad y finas notas ahumadas, florales y avainilladas. Debido a su crianza, augura una larga y buena evolución en botella. Fermentado en barricas nuevas de roble francés y criado sobre lías en barricas.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
