Un blanco complejo y aromático gracias a la riqueza de este varietal originario de la provincia de Treviso: el incrocio manzoni, una variedad cruce de riesling renano (uva especialmente aromática) y la pinot blanc, la cual aporta al vino complejidad. Criado, sobre sus lías, durante 6 meses en depósitos de inox.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
