Elaborado con uva macabeo de viñedos de 50-60 años de edad plantados en suelo pobre, pedregoso, de textura calcárea y franca, a 400 metros de altitud. Finca Els Camps es un vino singular, fermentado en barrica de roble francés y criado sobre lías durante 5 meses. Un vino fino, equilibrado, untuoso y elegante, que ofrece aromas florales, de hinojo y frutales (membrillo, piña, cítricos). Envejecido durante 5 meses, sobre sus lías, en barricas de roble francés.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
