Nos encontramos ante un pequeño gran vino, expresivo por su intensidad aromática y buena concentración. Elaborado mediante chafado, prensado y desfangado estático (24 h.) y una fermentación controlada en depósito de acero inoxidable a 17º C. La maceración pelicular del xarel·lo le aporta complejidad y carácter. Albert Jané es el responsable de estos vinos tranquilos con una nota de expresión moderna.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
