Este blanco es un vino moderno que recupera uvas como la Treixadura, que aporta al vino una gran frescura y elegancia. De buena intensidad aromática y sutil complejidad, con un buen ensamblaje entre notas florales y fruta madura, sobre un fondo ligeramente balsámico, resulta un vino lleno de vida, con una marcada acidez, gran estructura y un final amplio de fruta carnosa fresca con un largo postgusto. A la vista de los resultados, felicitamos a Roberto Verino por su valentía ante la siempre arriesgada apuesta de recuperar una zona olvidada y tratar de elaborar un buen vino, cosa que sin duda ha conseguido.
