Dedicado por el fabricante a su esposa María Luisa, Manna se elabora a partir de las variedades riesling, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay y gewurztraminer. Las uvas provienen de viñedos ubicados en altitudes entre los 350 y 850 metros sobre el nivel del mar, en suelos de diferentes composiciones que los hacen más adecuados para una u otra variedad. Las uvas se cosechan por separado (la gewurztraminer por ejemplo, se recoge más tarde que el resto) y después de ésta, el vino es criado sobre sus lías durante unos diez meses en recipientes de acero. Manna nació con el objetivo de ofrecer a los consumidores un vino completo, estructurado y equilibrado, especialmente pensado para la versatilidad en los maridajes. Gracias a su proceso especial de elaboración ofrece complejidad y una buena capacidad de envejecimiento que se hace evidente incluso servido en copa y a lo largo de la cena.
