Elaborado a partir de cepas cultivadas con certificación Demeter en la Finca Parera, en Sant Llorenç d'Hortons a 235 metros de altitud.Fermenta con levaduras atutóctonas y se clarifica con arcilla y filtra ligeramente. Clar es un vino fresco, seco, ligero e intenso.

Climatología del viñedo: Mediterráneo.
Suelo del viñedo: Arcilloso-calcáreo.
Antigüedad del viñedo: 1958-2003.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
