Eulogio Pomares Zárate es el encargado de elaborar este vino en el que se unen producciones de diferentes minifundios y de distintos viticultores de la zona. Estos viñedos se sitúan en una subzona de las Rías Baixas, cerca de las poblaciones de Cambados y Ribadumia, en un espacio que se caracteriza por tener un clima templado y húmedo, con suelos poco profundos y arenosos.
