Núvol es la expresión del equilibrio clásico entre el volumen de la garnacha y el frescor de la macabeo. Un vino mineral y vibrante, mediterráneo, con aromas de fruta blanca y notas cítricas, flores de acacia y ligeros toques tropicales, elaborado con uvas procedentes de 4 fincas distintas, con suelos arcillo-calcáreos y de descomposición granítica. Un vino vivo, suave y perfumado, con un final placentero. Fermentado y criado en tinas de acero inoxidable.

The production region of D.O. Montsant is located in La comarca integrada por los municipios y bodegas que, hasta 2002, formaban la subzona Falset de la denominación de origen Tarragona. Se extiende por 16 municipios, la mayoría en la comarca del Priorato y unos pocos en la Ribera del Ebro.
