The production region of A.O.C. Chablis is located in La región vinícola más al norte de Borgoña, Francia. La denominación utiliza exclusivamente uvas Chardonnay. Las vides alrededor de la ciudad de Chablis hacen un vino blanco seco famoso por la pureza de su aroma y sabor. En comparación con los vinos blancos del resto de Borgoña, el vino Chablis tiene típicamente menos influencia del roble.
