Cinclus SC es el Cinclus 'Sin Caligo', un blanco impactante y muy original. Rezuma aromas de melocotones, flores silvestres y hierba fresca. Transmite frescor por los cuatro costados y las sensaciones minerales se combinan con la amplitud propia de los vinos españoles. Recorre todos y cada uno de los rincones de nuestro paladar, rellenándolos de cítricos maduros y elegantes toques amargos que nos llevan a un final particular y sorprendente. Fermentado parcialmente en barricas nuevas de 400 litros de roble francés.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
