Vinyes Singulars, es un proyecto que nace en el año 2011, a partir de la finca de Cal Batlle, cultivada por la familia desde el año 1405 en el Penedès. La finca de Cal Batlle se extiende sobre una superficie de 120 has, de las que 34 son vid, y de estas hay 6,5 que son viñas plantadas hace más de 50 años por los antepasados​​, que son la base de los vinos. Si tuvieran que definir cuáles son los pilares básicos que intentan transmitir en el proyecto, lo que encaja mejor, es ecología y respeto por el entorno, variedades tradicionales o autóctonas, mucha inquietud a nivel de vinificación y que los vinos expliquen o expresen su origen. Minipuça es un vino espumoso natural elaborado por el método ancestral, sin sulfitos añadidos y 100% Xarel·lo.
