El Brut blanco de DG Viticultors es un espumoso de tímido color amarillo y fina burbuja. En nariz ofrece fruta blanca (manzana y membrillo), flores blancas, pan recién horneado y hierba fresca. Delicado y cremoso en boca, es un cava fresco y muy versátil gracias a su fabulosa acidez cítrica. De final sutilmente amargo que crea adicción. Envejecido un mínimo de 15 en botella antes del degüelle.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
