Un champagne blanco elaborado de forma artesanal con uva pinot noir procedente de viñedos Grand Cru de la zona de Bouzy, un blanc de noirs intenso y potente, a la vez que sutil y delicado, dotado de una gran vinosidad y frescor. En definitiva, un champagne aromático y estructurado cuyo volumen y persistencia lo hace ideal para acompañar toda una comida. Fermentación alcohólica y maloláctica en pequeñas tinas. Criado en rima durante un mínimo de 36 meses en cavas a 10 m. de profundidad, con removido y degüelle manuales.
