El inconfundible aroma y sabor del Vinagre de Jerez Gran Reserva El Majuelo, nace de una rigurosa selección de vinos de Jerez y un envejecimiento durante años en botas de roble americano. De un color muy parecido al vinagre reserva, pero con 10 años de bota, tiene un color natural de crianza oxidativa, color limpio ambarino brillante. Los aromas a pegamento están más presentes, recuerdos claros a olores de Vinos Viejos de Jerez, notas a clavo, pimienta, cacao, frutos secos, balsámico de vinos tranquilos, gran variedad de matices. En boca tiene una entrada noble de ópera pero no agresiva, como un Vino Viejo de Jerez, redondo, completo, sabores de naturaleza difíciles de separar, con retrogusto largísimo. Al día siguiente la copa vacía sigue con notas de nariz, incluso se potencian a Vinos Viejos de Jerez en todos sus matices.
