Martini Fiero es el nuevo aperitivo de la famosa destilería de Turín, que se elabora con una mezcla de selectos vinos blancos, las imprescindibles hierbas y especias, así como mandarinas y naranjas. Una de las especias clave para Martini es la artemisa, cultivada y recolectada en la pequeña ciudad de Pancalieri, en el Piamonte. Las pieles de los cítricos se cortan a mano en tiras largas y se dejan secar durante dos semanas al sol. El resultado es una bebida de color rojo brillante refrescante y aromática, con un ligero toque amargo y cítrico. Una copa ideal y de moda para aperitivos al aire libre. Sírvelo bien fresco, con hielo, tónica y una rodaja de naranja o pomelo.
